If you’ve searched the forum and have not found a satisfactory answer, email support is also available. Please email us your problem, question, or bug report at support -at- nopadmin.com. (Please substitute the @ sign for -at-). Bug reports are always appreciated, however solutions for “how do I?” questions and problem reports will be limited to licensed users only.
When requesting product support, please try to include the following information:
- Is the problem reproducible? If so, how?
- What version of Windows are you running?
- What version of .NET Framework are you running?
- What version of NoPAdmin or NopAdmin Import are you running? (Click [Help] and then [About…] to check)
- If any error message was displayed, please always include the full text of error message….or even better please send a screenshot of the error you are getting.
- Your license information and/or license file (c:\program files\nopadmin\nopadmin.lic).
